SSDF never made any progress nor built any relations with anyone. It gave itself to Siad Barre even before it fired a single bullet. I know MJ love to talk and brag like women but all Somalis know the facts.

SNM was the real lion and the one that eventually karbaashed Siad Barre and the chased the Darods who supported him beyond Las Qorey. SNM ransacked Las Qorey and to this day the locals haven't rebuilt that port.

SNM also created USC via its former vice chairman Ali Wardhiigley. USC did its thing in the south and eventually created its own wing-SNA.

SSDF was two day thing and like the MJs are known for all noise but no action.

Here is little challenge for naago MJ who just love to talk endlessly. Produce a single footage of SSDF engaged in a war with Siad Barre :D

The SNM were legends they changed the horn of Africa for good and what was once the Former Somali republic

The 5 Chairmains of the SNM

You had Ahmed Guleed who firstly established ties with the Derg of Ethiopia.
You had The Sheikh rejecting the Libyan intefering for the rebel movement to remain independent
You had Koosaar brought Cali wardhiiglay and the Hawiyes to support the struggle Against General Afweyne
You had Axmed Siilaanyo who declared the war against the SNA FULL SCALE WAR in 1988 against all odds
You had Abduraxman Tuur who said we must cut the snakes head and the snakes head is in Mogadishu

The horn will never be the same again

Talk about your selfs but not USC Lions and things you dont know

Hawiye army movement started when Siyadbare killed innocent kids and 3 woman in central Somalia 1983
same year in 1983 Saleebaan clan HG went for a revenge and killed 8 of Siyadbares army was killed.

in 1984 Siyadbare send entire army battalion from Mogadishu and dhuusamareeb, 50 Generals " sareeyo guuto" was killed by Saleebaan clan, no single dictators solier went back alive, the bodies of a dead dead soldiers where laying our outskirts Godinlabe and they could not dare to come and take them.

1985- Cadaado city from Hobyo to Xarardheere where out of siyaadbares hand and libarated by Saleeban HG clan. This clowns SSFD and SNM you talking about Ethiopia surprised how sub sub clan did this whit no help .

1986 Entire south Mudug and Galgaduud Fallen include ceelbuur and the rest of HG joined Saleebaan HG clan. still there was no USC.
1988 when this so call SNM and SSDF where in the bushes of Ethiopia, Hawiye lions already liberated from Mudug to parts of Hiiraan and then, was when they declare USC from Italy.

It was only late 80's when group of Hawiye declared USC and at that time Hawiye army where at the doors of Baladwayne hiiraan.

for ceydiid he was in India at that time as a Somali ambassador and in 1989 when he travel to Ethiopia he was arrested so he was never even part of USC.

Caydiid get released after Hawiye USC lions liberated Mugdisho, and he came to Mogadishu after its libarated, then was elected as a leader of USC after defeating by vote election from the rest of USC leaders.

So Clowns of SNM SFFD dont you cever put same place, USC lions who libared all of you, to your Habuushi Chickens of SSDF and SNM.

when you so call SNM SFFD where in the bush of Ethiopia, The Hawiye Lions liberated and massacred the Kacaan regime Central somalia, IF it wasn't Hawiye Lions who liberated you , then you would of still been the Slave of siyad bares Jabarti arab slaves.

Khalid don't be salty, I just responded to what you wrote. Cumar Iyo Bicidka are my father and mother.
Back to the topic, SNM was according to what you posted receiving funding and weapons from SSDF for YEARS.
Does this not mean that SNM was basically SSDF's paid whore??
:lupe:

Estarix
By not living off Ethiopian money and free arms it had the advantage of being independent of Ethiopian and Libyan control
SNM received a lot of arms and money from Ethiopia, SNM used ethiopian territory to attack Siad Barre, but is true SNM was not dependent on the Ethiopian support than SSDF.

I think that without Ethiopian help SNM can not defeat Siad Barre.
