Why is Somalia not able to stand on its own two feet

Postby metamorphosis » Fri Oct 10, 2014 6:42 pm

I have finally found out the real issue and it is the common people slash common citizens. Look at china right now and what the protestors in Hong Kong are doing. They are unhappy with the way the government limits their freedoms. What did they do? They have taken their cause of universal suffrage to the streets leaving work, school and sacrificing sleep and being with their families. Anywhere on the globe where the common citizens are mistreated in anyway they demand their rights by revolting in some form whether violently or not. In contrast have you ever heard of Somalians protesting demanding the crook elites who embazzle all the money that was intended for them to resign or do something? no never! It is like they allow these corrupt souls to continuou their crimes with impunity. The only time Somalis revolted it wasnt for the sake of the nation but for the sake of their respective tribes and even so the aftermath was devastating. I know the problem lies in the fact that the average person in somali is not educated enough to demand his rights when they are infringed but still it should be general knowledge to make an attempt at least. They are just being sacrificial lamps. A real change in Somalia will come when the average farax realizes that it is his country and it is his obligation to fight for it. This is the reason why Power in Somalia is concentrated in the hands of very few because the rest don't even care.

Somalia isn't able to stand on its own feet because of retarded and Low IQ'd Hutus who have destroyed the country.

People make the Somali issue far more complicated than it is. The southern part of Somalia for the most part is simply populated by an incompetent Xaywaan group who can't stand any sort of law & order and who love Anarchy.

It's honestly as simple as that :D

Somalis were planned against and outwitted. The fact that we were split by the colonial powers into 5(sland nfd somaitaly etc) is proof enough. The civil war, constant praise of dictators, and separatists movements(autonomous, semi-autonomous), ALL controlled by external entities. Tribal arrogance. Not knowing how to utilize tribal differences in a healthy, competitive, progressive manner. No sense of reconciliation when trouble occurs(this can be seen in marital situations let alone us as a country). etc etc....Sad reality for the general somali populace.

Because no one simply cares people of Somalia dont care about their country let alone care about standing there are deep divisions there is no sense of nationhood citizenship nationalism or love between Somalis, they dont even feel one people.
