Apple manufactures outside of the country in China for cheap
Apple only has a few thousand highly paid employees, but has a lot of foreign employees brought in
But they have over a 100 billion in cash mostly off-shores to avoid taxing. In fact, they mostly take away from the US economy, and very little is taxed.
