HOUSTON - A Texas school district police officer has been charged with misdemeanor official oppression after he was accused of demanding to smell the socks and underwear of a woman he had stopped.
Patrick Quinn is free on $2,000 bond after his weekend arraignment in the Houston-area.
In a statement, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office says a woman reported Quinn, an officer with the Cypress-Fairbanks school district, stopped her vehicle August 11 and said he smelled marijuana in it.
Quinn then told her he’d release her if she’d let him smell her feet, then asked for a piece of her underwear.

Xalimos you are
