You don't seem to understand what I'm saying or where I'm coming from. Somalia does not need a dictator (forget for a second that the last one was MSB or that he was Mareexaan). Somalia needs strong institutions which promote fairness and equality and ensure that no matter who is in charge, her people are protected and have progress.

I understand where you are coming from, its a qabill perspective. It's clear to anyone but you since why I called it a disease. I don't think Somalia needs a dictator but it needs even less what happen for the last 20 years, in this sense a dictator is better then total collapse.
