I gave him 1 like as good teacher, but his speech is more related to his previous job as a professot not as a federal state leader, its like he is lecturing his yankee students . lool. He talked about the external contributions (the three airports) but not his own government inftustaructure plans he should have encouraged the puntlanders to take part their country development, All he said is threat the chinnese very well and keep the peace up. In somaliland we dont give away such multmillion project to foreigners he should have hired one cumar maxamuud company to build all three airports lool. Thats better than hiring some skinny ass chinnesse who will take all their tools tommotow when you need to develop your roads.
