Unlike of the speaker, president hassan doesn't totally tolerate the pm, yesterday he issued another decree against the pm appointing just directors for the cabinet
This is bc the cabinet is part of the the executive branch if not itself
This makes the pm post a powerless post!
It doesn't fit for two people!
Now, since sharif hassan hails from the asharaf hassan in sarman/bakool manority he controls baydhabo politically than military-wise
He was elected as the first speaker of TFG in 2004, was allied with the TNG/ikhwan camp, his main rivals in the elections were representing the ethiopian backed SRRC
This is why sharif hassan has sided with the islamic courts bc he's pro-xamar or empowers himself against the traditional baydhabo camp(shaati gaduud, adan madoobe, xaabsade, saransoor and now nuunoow!)

Sharif hassan beleives or supports the president to stay coming from xamar bc in this case, his folks will be the second in the power but if the pm comes from xamar they will stay the third in power!!
Remember his role in the early years of shaykh sharif govt
So baydhabo having already the vice-president/speaker, a regional president who has his men in the cabinet and co-ousts the pm if he disagrees with the president that will make it the second most powerful entity in the govt!
And you got the new leader of 4.5, expected to be the deputy speaker!!
