I'm gonna tell you the quickest weight to gain weight without wasting your money on protein shakes. It's a tried and tested formula;
You need
peanut butter the organic 100% peanut with no additives
Porridge the ready break once are my choice but it can be any old porridge
Nesquick milk shake drinks for kids. This is for flavouring
A banana or strawberry depending on what your nesquick flavour is
A protein shake..
Add a cup of porridge.
Two table spoons full of peanut
Your recommended allowance of proteins
Add the banana and some water
Add the nesquick to turn it all into a drinkable milkshake
Have that first thing in the morning before your breakfast and daytime
