Just came from the gym. Struggled to bench press 20kg on each side, had to go down to 15kg. :snoop:

Atleast I was doing better than the asian next to me doing 10kg :smugruss:

:russ: :usure: I read somewhere for skinny guys who want to bulk maximum time is 40mins. Go in, hit it hard, and leave. Don't want to burn too many calories.

u guys are not serious with training

this is how far i am right now

i can lift dumbels arms up to 28 kh for the bicep i start low around 14 end up at 28
the tricep start with the cables end up with the machines up 2 50 now


chest around 24

shoulders up front 16 up up to 18

back with the machines up to 50

chest machine up to 40 to 45 kg

i am still not there

but working on it

the bicep crul i do the bicep crul around 17 when sitting up to 20 when standing but 17 sitting is better because i really put effort on the bicep than

my only challenge is food if i would eat 5 meals a day i could become real huge but no time to eat and i dont even do shakes and that protain shakes wan ka daalay sameyskeeda wal walaaqiska lool
