I say good for them. These people weren't intelligent enough to see that business is a win-win situation, and is beneficial towards both the producer, middle-men, and consumer. Even if new convenience stores open up in the area, they will likely charge higher prices in order to compensate for the much-higher insurance costs...and to guard against the high risk of operating in a high-crime area. It's the same thing that happened in Detroit back in 1967, when the Negroes rioted and destroyed like half of the city...which caused most of the Whites and the middle-class Blacks to flee the city and move into the suburbs. They wanted nothing to do with living in the city again. As a result, Detroit lost billions of dollars in revenue, there is much higher unemployment, and costs for consumer items are much higher now than they would have been had the riots not occurred.

If I was South African and I witnessed this incident, I would propose the imposition of severely harsh penalties for a wide array of crimes. Anyone shoplifting would have his hand cut. All armed robbers and rapists and arsonists and murderers would be immediately executed. Those who harbor murderers and robbers would also be executed. Those who incite inter-ethnic violence would be executed. Those Police Officers who are complacent and refuse to arrest those who commit crimes, would lose their jobs and be imprisoned for life. Those who have AIDS would be quarantined in order to prevent them spreading the disease to the wider population.

You need to have these harsh penalties, in order to cleanse the country from these barbarians, and allow a newer, better class of Bantus to arise and take control over the country. Whites are already fleeing the country, and the ones who can't afford to flee are living in gated communities and hire private security guards to protect them. In fact, South Africa has the largest private security industry in the world. There are more of them than the police and military combined.

5 years ago I was in South Africa to visit a white friend from the middle class they have their own world in cape town the majority white area ( a white indepedence movement exist in cape calling for secession) the villa houses of my friend was hiding behind lush green areas with tropical flowers and perfect climate their own schools , malls, beaches, it was like staying in Europe they had maids and garden boys to make life sweet. Life was about staying at the pool side and playing golf. They have made it a paradise
