The are two things taxed in eastern Sool.

1. Somaliland soldiers, most of them from central and western Somaliland.
2. Cars traveling from Somaliland to Somalia and vice versa.

You don't have to make excuses for other people. The tax money payed by the poor mother in Salaxlay or Gumbur Libaax should finance a hospital in their districts. It's absurd that some of the tax paying regions don't even have basic healthcare while areas where people do not pay tax are going to get hospitals financed by tax money.

It's injustice and sooner or later poor Isaaq people will rebel and that will be the end of SL because it's Isaaq civilians that keep the peace, pay tax and defend the nation with their blood and only Isaaq can destroy Somaliland. When Puntlands VP was traveling to Xadhadhanka where was the SL army? Xadhadhanka is inside Togdheer a region that's 95% Isaaq. If he would've decided to go to Coodanle then it would be my people, once again Isaaq civilians and nomads, that would have to pick up arms and kick them out.

Anyone can tax goods and livestock but what we're talking about is municipal tax collected from certain towns and then used to finance various projects in towns that do not pay any tax. Towns that often oppose and rebel against Somaliland .

Secondly what's the point of having a national army? As I wrote before, the VP of Puntland visited Xadhadhanka that's less than 20km from Coodanle. Not a single battalion was ready. If he would decide to visit Coodanle it would come down to people like my 60 year old adeer, who already fought enough battles for the Somali republic and SNM, to confront them.

If you people are brain dead or blind I'm not. The Somaliland army is created to control Isaaq civilians. They waste bullets on innocent people and youth demonstrating peacefully instead of approaching the real problem.

Maybe it's time for Isaaq to liberate themselves from this tyranny because this is not what people envisioned when they started the liberation process in 1961 and it's not what the SNM fought for.

It's the Somaliland governments fault that Buhoodle is a safe haven for terrorists. The VP of Puntland should've met the same fate his father met, if you know what I mean.

If you're talking about me, why would I visit Buhoodle? I'm not from Buhoodle but Kalshaale is mine and I was there last summer, not a single Dhulbahante in sight. They can only cry about a "genocide" that allegedly took place in Kalshaale from their sewage Buhoodle.
