It also increases your productivity as well. You get more things done throughout the day if you exercise. Your thinking becomes clearer, you sleep much better, and you generally feel like more of a real nigga. I'm telling you, exercising kicks ass.

what kind of gym do you go ? there are sexy women hill walking every time I go to my gym. and their ass is really masha allah although I dont necessarily feel kacsi because I am adapted to see it every time. but the jacuzzi could be extra hot if there are some chicks in it.

Exercise improves mental acuity, elevates mood and reduces your risk of morbidity and mortality from chronic diseases. No surprise there. Incorporate Omega 3 Fatty Acids, B12, MicroAlgae, along with juicing organic (locally grown) fruits and vegetables for greater benefits. Bear in mind, that's just a suggestion.

I pay no heed to your disclaimer. I will not do any of the things you have suggested.

I don't know what B12 is but it sounds sexy.

Do you have any dishes that you want to suggest.

I like to exercise to have a clear mind. My body would feel light and quick on its feet when I work out regularly. Life goes from the hardcore mode to the easy mode once you get in shape. It gets easier to get through the day.
