don't call me sxb you piece of sh!t, even a child would know that isaaq are the biggest Khat eaters in Africa.
in Muqdisho people are deeply religious, Women eating Khat is very rare and the few that chew khat are risking their lives or are mentally unstable.
South Somali was/is controlled by Maxaakiimta, Alshabaab and Ahlu Sunna for a very long time, and they used to punish Khat eaters. in parts of South Somalia it's even hard for a man to chew Khat openly.

it's in isaaqLand were Khat is chewed openly by Men Women and Children.

None of those women are Isaaq. They belong to Dir, the same Dir that has cleansed your Habar Digir sub clan from S/Hoose.

Banning Khat, or increasing the price of khat, or even taxing it to the max is not going to change anything.
Khat has a monopoly effect. It does not just affect the user alone, but it has an effect on everyone around them.

Banning khat was imposed during the Siyaad Barre regime, but it did not last very long.
Banning it again would just lead to smuggling drugs, and crime.
Increasing the price, or imposing higher tax on khat also has its issues. The main problem would be the user/ addict would spend more money chewing khat, that would mean less money for their family/kids.

I think we should educate people first, especially the younger generation.
I also believe we should find other alternitaves of solving the khat problem.
Such as making harder to get, licencing, and creating other laws,
