Leave it to Somalis to do nothing for themselves, to wait and expect everything to be handed to them like little kids. Let's be honest with ourselves for once.

You are nation, build your own army. Start recruiting nationwide, allocate those funds that you use to buy large houses off shores to establishing that army. Then call yourself a national army. But you can't take pictures of several trucks given to you out pity and also because those trucks serve no purpose to those who have given them to you, and make it seem like things are getting better. Even the new military uniform has an identifier #. Whoever sells their uniform will be caught easily.
