my points for somalia!

Economic centralisation

The wealth is behind the clan conflicts in somalia so the central govt nationalizing the ports, natural resources will contribute to the stability

However, the local govts should have the decisions on how to spend this public money on their areas, in this way it will be less centralized and they will be responsible for this

Political decentralisation

In this way, the people will get the sense of ownership and will protect their own interests

Two political systems can be adopted at the same time: both federation and self-governance/autonomy depending on the region

The central govt should be responsible for the defence, trade and foreing policies

Foreing policy

There r some countries who r instrumental for somalia; strong political relations with the US govt, UKs diplomacy and its exploring oil companies, denmark and its wind energy companies, security cooperation with turkey and its construction companies, restoring the historical relations with italy, gulf countries and egypt

Legislations regarding the diplomatic conduct

At the moment the south-central somalia have a political problems that's why the regional organization IGAD is there but it will disappear with the conflicts

However, the non regional and international organizations such as the foreing governments should not be allowed to engage with the regions and politicians.
