Dahabshiil is run by the old man and he is old school. I dont think he gives Abdirashid enough room to be creative.

The only Lander that reassess his business every five months is Ahmed Geele Arab (GSK Group). Very creative and diverse biz portfolio from real estate, logistics to food. All together he has over 18 businesses and built most of them in the last ten years. Dahabshiil needs to learn from him.
