No I don't know what you mean. Puntland is quick to claim oil rights but when it comes to siding in conflicts, they pick their battles wisely.

Kinda like how you made it a crusade to push Puntland propaganda through this entire forum. You are no different from the Isaaqnimo fearlessly defending their precious Somaliland :Russ:

GTFO with your manifestos and P'Land banter
Oh here you go again with the victimhood. Whose oil are we claiming? :pac: Oil was only ever explored in MJ/Osman Mohamud territory, is your insignificant ass going to claim Dharoor now? No one will fight your battles for you so stop crying all over this subforum. We don't give a shit if you consider yourself a Puntlander or not. The fact that we are even having this conversation displays the insignificance of people like you.

Am I meant to get offended by the comparison to Isaaqs? At least they have a state and have their shit together. What do you have?

Never in any of my comments have I said I was a victim. The only oil is found on MJ/Osman Mahamud territories?!? Just because the only oil exploration project is in dharoor doesn't mean it won't be located anywhere else.

So MJ claims territory to the entire valley now?Who are you?

You talk eloquently but I'm not buying any of it.

Yusuf, Majerteen is not like Isaaq, we think big. I want Puntland to remain part of Somalia because Jubaland is too far.
If All Darood lands were connected I would be for declaring Independence right there.
Isaaq waa qabil kooban who all live in the same general area, while MJ have interests and tol in the south.
We are not even close

thats the point. thanks for your input jubaland is one of tha reasons pintland still hanging on somalia. why ? Because she wants to use their resources and of course their man power (the future so called federal army of somalia) against us. this is their plans and we already know. as long as the relationship between hawiye and darod is not good we isaaqs have nothing to worry. as long as pintland is not loyal for somalia hawiye won't fall for crocodile tears. and there is the great islamists and the hot blooded minorities roaming around the corners. nothing is easy !

Yusuf you've really lost the plot. No one is trying to kill you. What thegoodshepherd was saying is that we have communities who live in the south so declaring independence from Zoomalia would negatively impact them. For that reason, he opposes independence.

Bari, Puntland is not some government mamul like the kacaan, it is a self help system. Every community that declares its self part of Puntland is still responsible for defending their territory and helping their people. If you think that Puntland has done nothing for your people, it is true. Puntland is just a group of tribes that chose to declare political alleigence, every tribe though remains responsible for the two duties listed above.
This thing called Puntland is just the business front for these tribes, that is all.

Stop talking about territories and unjustly occupations like its Israel. Stop being so tribal minded all i was saying is that P'land is a failed government.

GoodShepherd thanks for clarifying when you look at it as a confederation it begins to look more appealing :russ:

You've changed the direction of the discussion a million times already. You JUST said Puntland was claiming/exploring oil in your land :? , but now you agree that Puntland is not unjustly occupying anyone's land so why then should Puntland defend you? Of course Puntland is a failed government to people like you. You see it as some sort of a welfare state where you can contribute nothing but reap all the benefits.

This is a topic about Puntland's independence and it was posted in the Puntland section as it was intended for Puntlanders. How is it relevant to you? Move it along already. :lost:

Exactly. It is a tribal enitity, which has achieved nothing, and will never achieve anything.

I'm from an area that Puntland claims to be in so wouldn't that put me in the same boat? Where do you hail from exactly? I'd like to know since voicing my opinion is causing so much ire for you.

Let me clarify a couple more things:

1.) I never said P'Land was unlawfully occupying anyone's territory. All I said is that they will only do what is advantageous for them. Like every other puppet govt P'Land will fall in line to whatever gets them funding.

2.) I never asked for any handouts. I also don't accept welfare because i work hard. All I'm saying is the facts.

3.) I can call myself whatever the hell I want and you don't tell me where I can comment. For the record i can still claim P'Land and there's not a damn thing you can do abt it.

And lastly, you don't know a thing about me so why don't you think a little longer before you start saying things like "you people"

LOL @ you hail from an area that Puntland claims. Are you xoolo? If not, how are people just claiming your land? You keep displaying your complete insignificance. If anyone's angry it's you and with good reason because I'd be angry too if I were in your predicament. I know your type very well. You come on this subforum with your victim mentality to calaacal about Puntland and you expect us to just accept it out of Daroodnimo. :? Puntland is not fighting your people, nor are they occupying your peoples land so go turn your anger towards those who are. No one is going to engage you in your pity party nor are we going to accept your insignificant opinion and unwarranted criticism. Again, this is a topic that was intended for Puntlanders. If you do not see yourself as a Puntlander ( and you've made it pretty clear that you don't) then keep your useless opinion to yourself.

Where I hail from is of no relevance because, unlike you, no one can just claim my land. You've shown yourself to be nothing more than a flip-flopping, no loyalty having, cuqdaad-ridden ass. You're below me and I'm done giving attention to peasants like you.
