You don't understand how this shit is, you don't even any expertise nowadays, bam you make a company, you pay some consultants, you pay some contractors, and your good to go.

With the amount of Somali oil companies in Uganda, Congo, Tanzania and co. it wouldn't be hard finding Somali experts either.

Amal, Dahabshiil and big telecoms need to expand, we don't need offshore oil for now, we've got enough in Dharoor and Nugaal valleys. Then share the spoils between everyone.
