The girl that teared me apart sounded just like her and as soon as she was done, the class picked up where she left by chanting "shame on you". I still remember those chants. Lool The good old days. I know exactly what you are talking about. It was called Dialogue rather than Debate and yes it use to take place on Wednesdays. I can not relate to you being terrorised by a girl though, coz I was quite good at it. My older brother and I use to attend these classes as far as I can remember, although strangely enough, I can't recall most of the encounters loool....We started it in Hargeisa and it was known as " Adlas/Atlas" dont ask me what it means, and then in Borama and it's just known simply as Private.I used to attend private school in Somalia where we were taught English. There used to be something called debates on every wednesday where a person stands up and picks any other person and they have a discussion until one of them makes an error. Needless to say, I was an obnoxious child and I used to ditch everyday but would, out of stupidity, show up on wednesdays. One day a girl picked on me and she destroyed me. I was going there for months and I only picked up "how are you" and "I am fine".The girl that teared me apart sounded just like her and as soon as she was done, the class picked up where she left by chanting "shame on you". I still remember those chants.

This girl looks like the type who terrorizes students in her class if they do something similar.
