Biyaamal, D&M, Jareeryweyn etc have how many degmo? Absame has 3 or more, they are probably the single largest tribe in that area, and they deserved the seats they got.

Essentially everyone compromised. This is Mudug. If Habar Gidir thought they deserved 50% as some of you are saying, wallahi way dhaci lahaayeen.

This isn't the south. This is the central regions where every district is settled by a different sub-clan and where no one can harass them. The entire Hawiye tried to take over Caabudwaaq in the 90's and could not.

What happened here is some form of reality was recognized. Out of all the clans, Habar Gidir as a unit does come out first but it's not a healthy majority or even a sizable majority. It is a relative majority meaning when compared with the othet clans, but still not even to control the dynamics like who gets what and that nature.

Everyone got what they were entitled to some extent. Marehan lives in the biggest town which is twice as big as a number of Habar Gidir towns combined. They also live in Balanbale, Dhabat, a third of Dhusa-Mareb district, a part of Cadaado district and strattle the road all the way to Gaalkacyo. Why would any clan be comparable to them except Habar Gidir? Even for that, Habar Gidir living from Cadaado to Hobyo isn't much when there isn't a single tree let a lone village between Cadaado and Hobyo.

Look at this you have Sheikhaal coming in from Caabudwaaq district when there are literally 3 Sheikhaal families in the entire district who pay Dia with my sub-sub-sub-clan. "Sideeda Siyaad, anaa ku sagaal ah."

Meeshaan cid is bariday majirto sxb. They negotiated and compromised where they saw fit.

Vice-President, second in seats (although probably should be considered first since hell will freeze before HG become one political unit) and king maker in Central while majority of Gedo and Jubbaland as a whole to come after the Kenyan sanladhudhi leave is a great position to be in going forward in federal Somalia.

Xaqa Banaadir naga yaal keliya baa inoo dhiman and I have no doubts that will come too.

Delusions of grandeur. Do you know the size of Afmadow?? Afmadow is the same size as Woqoyie Galbeed or Hiiraan.

I am willing to accept Jamame having higher population density, but not total population.

All censuses starting from the Kacaan era to the most up to date projections state otherwise. Afmadow plus Badhade do not compare with Jamame district.
