ethiopia is worry of al sisi-UAE rapprochement with the somali regions

Postby sahal80 » Sat Jul 04, 2015 7:46 am

Al sisi is the brainchild of the UAE rulers, specially the dubai ruler and this relationship has become clearer after the prince salman was crowned as the new king of saudi arabia, leading to a cooling of relations with al sisi

According to sources, ethiopia has recently called some somali leaders and inform them about its worries of an egyptian-UAE project to equip the somali forces and have a presence in their regions!

Im not against al sisi so dont get me wrong, regardless of him, I support stronger egypt that have good relations with the west so that ethiopia can be in a weaker position

He also has good relations with the somali govt

Im only against the satanic rulers of the UAE bc of its anti-ikhwan strategy will have an impact on the horn as it did in egypt.

Why would Ethiopia be worried. Their safety and security is prime importance, thus they want a safe terrorist free somalia. Ever watch the film shutter island, Wanlawein make up a artificial reality in their head to escape reality

They want terrorist free Somalia? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Wait what, you're kidding right? Please tell me you are.

The second Somalia becomes stable and has actually a functioning government that can defend itself, Ethiopia's existence instantly becomes threatened. Ethiopia damn well knows that. Ethiopia is doing everything they can do to destabilise Somalia by splitting them up so they're too weak to destabilise Ethiopia.

So u are saying somalia is a threat to its neighbors, the security of neighborhood countries will get worse as somalia gets better

In that case Ethiopia needs to invade

The security situation will get worse if Ethiopia invades because Al-Shabaab and other militias will simply bomb their cities. The situation will still get worse if Ethiopia doesn't invade. Current status quo is actually best for Ethiopia right now.

Even though many Somalis don't care and dislike Ogaden people but Ethiopia knows that Somalis will never let it go.

Somali "Government" is owned by Ethiopia. What reason for them to worry?
