It's been taken over by niggers who argue about DNA, who has softer hair, who has lighter skin, who looks more Arab etc. :dead: I miss the days people used to argue about my tulo is better than yours and about their political views. I miss the days people on here were actually funny. Now it's just bantu, Arab and DNA threads everywhere. :meles:

Can you blame people? I mean I can safely guess the topics of the day before I log in. Here is what it is posted on daily basis.

1. race talks with two groups of people, one arguing somalis are black and the other the opposite.
2. another dusty small gobol becoming a federal state in Somalia.
3. Gender clashes.
4. asslicking topics, hawdian licks the ethiopian ass, sahal and others, the arab ass.

I'll be back next week gain to see if I was right.

Oh please, as if DNA, madows, carabta, etc. are new topics. These things have been discussed for years on Snet. The only difference now is that they have been put into their proper, factual perspective.

By the way, if any one here truly believes that he/she is of madow origin, then you're basically confessing that you're not really of Somali descent. You are instead actually descended from indigenous madow folks that the original Somali speakers historically assimilated into their culture when they first settled in the Horn region (the very different DNA of those indigenous madow folks has now been found; it is unfortunately not a figment of the imagination).

Archaeology, genetics and linguistics have all confirmed that the first major Afro-Asiatic civilization in the Horn was none other than the ancient Land of Punt. Its inhabitants, the Puntites, were of the same ancestral stock as the ancient Egyptians and other early Afro-Asiatic peoples in North Africa. Ahmed Ibrahim Awale, the lead archaeologist that recently excavated the first ever Puntite artifacts in the northern Somali territories, is quite explicit about this. He too is content with his Puntite ancestry, so why aren't you?
"The description, looks and physical features about the people of Punt, as depicted in Deir-el-Bahri bas reliefs, is strikingly similar to what we can see on our Puntite artifacts. Eric Robson describing Parehou, the Puntite chief, has to say this: "...Tall and similar in color and features to the Egyptians, his nose is aquiline, he wears a beard, and his hair is carefully prepared. His dress consists of a loin cloth and a belt which a dagger is fixed, and his right leg appears to be braced and adorned with a large number of rings..."[...] From the above quote, one can draw a conclusion that there was a great similarity between ancient Egyptians and the Puntites. Moreover, the fact that ancient Egyptians considered the Land of Punt as their ancestral home will not deny the likelihood that the so called two different 'races' were one and the same people[...] our Puntite personages tell a different and more reliable story[...] Their features are so strikingly Somali[...] The oval face, thin lips, aquiline nose and the slender feature are all typically Somali."
Puntite King Perahu, Queen Ati and a Puntite royal official, from the Deir-el-Bahri temple:

Other Puntite royal attendants, also from the Deir-el-Bahri temple:

Keftiu wall paintings from the tomb of Rekhmire, who was the Vizier to Pharaoh Thutmosis III. The Puntites are the reddish folks at the top, near the Nilotes; the other reddish individuals are Cretans, Kushites and Ancient Egyptians:

If you can't relate to those original Somali speakers (the Puntites), if so much as discussion of their DNA, culture, appearance and provenance makes you so uncomfortable that you must resort to childish insults, then by all means, don't call yourself by their name. Instead, go to back to speaking your actual madow people's original Nilo-Saharan/Niger-Congo language and practicing their original culture. While you're at it, be sure to use an appropriate avatar instead of individuals with European parentage; show some pride in your Nilotic/Bantu ancestors. ;)

Those of us that are actually proud of our Puntite ancestors will continue honoring them. No amount of passive aggressive whining by descendants of shegaad will change that.
