That's actually no bad idea - there are lot of depressed Somali men who won't go to the doctors - because they believe they are immune to mentally illness.
So that's is an advice I will be sharing.

When men hit rock bottom they are more likely to throw in the towel than women.

Women have better social networks and it is not an admission of weakness for them to calcal or seek emotional support.

Guardian, I am from Trinidad by the way, I noticed in another thread that you have a thing for Islanders.
