I also believed it was between 2 reers especially when the story became viral on FB,and almost everybody said it was between 2 reers,however in all the videos of the incident not a single witness mentioned anything about 2 reers fighting over a land,they all said RRU came attacking them and asking them to evacuate the land in dispute.

The land in dispute was originally government land right next to the Saldhiga Jigjigayar and this Cabdalla Sacad guy took it after the faqash regime fell and the country was liberated. He lived there for 25 years having a big family and stuff before a reer Axmed came along also claiming it. You have to remember these lands are worth hundred of thousands of the dollars and people will resort to anything to get their hands on it. When the government saw the dispute they intervened telling both guys to take a hike since they both have no rights to it because it was government owned in the first place.
well ,its well known that the faqash regime used to twist arms to take lands of isxaaqis especially if they were members of SNM , like this case of Muj Axmed Japan, and since SL inherited governance over SL regions after the faqash so it should return the lands to their original owners not continuing confiscating it and forcefully evacuating it.
