actually I was watching a former political prisoner last night. the guy was saying that he is not criminal
"because the CID did not take my fingerprints" he said in an interview with HCTV. if Somaliland CID have no fingerprint database why this guy is talking about fingerprints and scene of crime ? wach between 14 to 19.

There is no doubt that Somaliland police have Some sort of forensic investigation capabilities. but we are not sure how sophisticated they are.
