Give the Gov a peace of Mind-update 2016-2020

Postby Strategic » Wed Dec 09, 2015 2:14 am

So many federal issues and the gov is spending energy and resources to solve the issue.
same issues different actors ,galmudug, jubbaland,SW,puntland ,khatumo and maakhir state.
the banadir region should be free to recostruct and develop while these skinny somalis on the ouskirt fight eachother off.
Puntland has its own issues but supporting galmudug to be on the same par with pl should be a priority for sacad bussinessmen, military advisors, educated elite with the help of their fellow hawiye.

Jubbaland can be dealt with by the emerginging SW state,SW state has more than 50% hawiye population while at the same time
Jubbaland has as much as 40% hawiye population so there should not be war but just politics to counter eachother effects.

Actually xassan sheikh has shot himself in the foot. Before he was president the gov in moqadisho COULD claim all of the south as it did not have any competing political administrations know kenya have set up jubba regions and Ethiopia has setup soutwest baybakool, and lower shabelle all this have made the moqadisho government politically weak , remember nether madobe of kismayo nor sakiin of badioba were elected from moqadisho nor supported or financed by the moqadisho gov. The socalled federal processes has balkanized the south even more and made the government in moqadisho irrelevant to most of the country. All the leaders of the difference administrations go to Nairobi by themself. Hassan sh. Mamoud has been reduced to a mayor of a big metropolis , which is impressive for him as he has never ruled a district, town or region in his life before his suprise presidency .

actually, hassan doesnt care about central gov anymore,as long as the admin in jubba make sure they are part of the deal and they not touch xasan`s people in the region, share the revenue he can be happy, same like SW which control only 2 regions ,sh.hoose is linked admistratively with mogadishu.
as long as the people are happy ,hassan is happy,he has more fish to fry like the offshore somali oil drills which is being conducted by now.
i am sure warsheekh and adale contains trillions of gas and oil.
