It is not a dream,it can be done easily as time progresses,we have the raw materials,agriculture,fisheries,natural gas,minerals,just need knowledge transfer and many more are willing to share

Agree :up:

Step:1 Take full control of Mogadishu security.
Step:2 Make the governor of banadir independent from the federal government.
Step: 3 Banadir is awned by banadirians stop subsidising The federal government. why would you pay the salary of an MP/PM or minister from other place whose region does not contribute to the national treasury?
Step 4. Phuk Somalia take care of your self and kick out all those 4.5 Parasites.

Actually, fish farming is a very lucrative business and sustainable. I watched some YT documentary about it and it seemed thats doable.

They should be given only $500 and give the rest to the army and civil workers.
