More banadir police has been now deployed in xaafadaha jowhar! A back garden of xamar and a place with no own police and order insists to hold a conference!

From all the gobal's that were split by Afweyne due to jabertism, Hiiraan was left by itself because of Qabyaalad, I would have split upper/lower Hiiraan just like the others were to favour jaberti's, no one can could argue against it + it's soo large, it would fulfil the 2 state and stand on its own, add the 2 shabelle's to form a state and let Benadir stand on its own, unfortunately we as a people are wayyy to fixated on Somalinimo with those that have no interest in it, to the point we overlook our own interest, but we end up with neither. All tax revenues collected in Benadir and the surrounding districts goes to fund these corrupt 4.5 politicians, most of them disloyal and all the other don't even control their states, imagine the amount of infrastructure that could have been built by all that.

Sahal,you cant claim you control hiiraan,too many clans you share it with including HG and Abgaal,Jowhar has no Police But it is relatively peaceful compared to the anarchy ridden hiiraan which is sees bloodshed every 2 months.

How do u expect any conference in Beledweyne when every day there are clan skirmishes. As for Jowhar being xafaad of Xamar, is that because both cities are dominated by the same clan? With that Logic Xaradheere which is over 500 kilometers away can also be considered a Xafaad of Xamar.
