Postby Strategic » Thu Jan 14, 2016 5:28 pm

These Things SHould Come in Hand when Applying To recover Your property or reclaim.Occupied property is Divided into Three Main Divisions.

1.A property that has been occupied,The owner of this Property Knows that he is illegally Occupying and is Ready To give up when Presented with Real Documents,This is the Majority of The cases.if your case falls on This category you are in for easy ride.this category can be solved in 2-3 weeks
2.A property that was handed down from one person to second, third, fourth,This is complicated issue and needs court ruling to process your application.

3.A property that was basically an empty land ,the occupier has illegally built a house over the area,i dont know why any sane person would risk his cash on such land, might be he was duped this category also needs court order, tough dealings with the Municipility
