Ethiopia does exert influence on SL, but not like what Smoothie is making seem like.

Take 4 example Berbera corridor which expected to generate anyway from 300-500 million Dollar annually for SLAND if completed. SL & Etiopia are currently paving and rehabilitating the roads needed for the project. That's a very positive development for Lander.
