Question to UN Relief Chief,why give Ethiopia funds but not to Somaliland to fight drought.

Inner City Press asked UN Relief Chief, Stephen O'Brien, why his CERF (Central Emergency Response Fund) gave funds to Ethiopia but not Somaliland, given FAO's finding of drought.

No doubt about that yusuf,alhamdulilah people of Somaliland daljoog anba qurbujoog showed solidarity to help each other.

My point was to show how they apply double standards and inequality toward African countries.

Your aid was already donated to the Somalia account. If Hawiye ate it and you refused to fight Hawiye saying Irir bs or SNM and USC worked together some 30 years ago, that's your nacasnimo.

You have to fight Hawiye admin and put together a plan on how to make Mogadishu irrelevant for instance bringing SL, PL, JL and perhaps Rahanweyn to vote for a new capital city.

The IC will be confused and the new de facto capital can and should dispute any aid handed directly to the former capital.

All you have to do is keep your status quo but take part in activities that shape the south and draw the road map in a way that could benefit you too.

The south is full of demons but even Allah selected ibles from the jin. Sometimes you too have to choose 1 or 2 konfuur jin to handle the more evil konfuur jin.

I dont think the relief funds where given to mogdisho,otherwise PL would have claimed it, since the UN relief chief mentioned Puntland region in his answer.

the drought hit Northern coast and the world have full access if they want help those people. I don't think that they credited any thing Somalia government accounts.
