Kuwaitis always treat Silanyo like their own, why?

Whenever Silanyo visits them, they always give him a welcome only given to a brother returning home

The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Hamad Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, does really welcome Silanyo like a true brother knowing also that Kuwait has very little agenda (hidden) in SL.

Last time I remember how they treated him.

On both occasions KIPCO, an investment company in Kuwait worth $31.4 billion, sent him a private jetliner. The Chairman for the company is no one other than the Emir himself, Sheikh Hamad Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah.

I believe he visited one more time not sure if it was 2013/2014.

Kuwait financed the two airports of Egal and Berbera providing $15mn.

Kuwait provided $7 million for the orphanage center in Hargeisa.



It rehabilitated the Sheikh hospital.

I believe they were very pleased with the outcome and could channel more funds.
