To be sincere, it is difficult to ban someone for what is going in private (PM). The best way is to ignore users.

A simple strategy; if someone posts insults/horrific posts etc use the report button.
If someone sends you a PM with deplorable contents/insults, ignore because it is beyond the realm of moderators/adminstrators.

This is what happened. I just had a good late lunch and was looking forward to the evening. Receive an email " notification from Somalinet". I logged on; "reported msg from Guban" . I clicked on it and I threw up. I closed it as quickly as I could. A few minutes late, another reported msg from Guban; I clicked it and it was another video clip...

To be honest, I did not read the msg/ because what I saw in the first second was filthy stuff.

So Guban is off the hook.

P.s. I think all moderators received it.
