If TPLF leaves, Amhara takes control and they are far worse than TPLF since they are expansionists and wants' to claim 'former territories' of Abysennia, that includes Eritrea/Djibouti and many parts of Somalia/Somaliland. While Somali sub, sub clans can barely unite (look at Marehan, MJ, ISaaq and Hawiye for example).
