This analysis is great, since this is the pms policy and the presidents group have been doing every thing to get the support of the gulf countries, they must coordinate their foreing policy....it's good to diversify your foreing policy like Egypt...Russia maybe good for our army and they said that will sell us weapons once the arms embargo was fully lifted!

Arabs are the most important so our foreign policy should be aligned with Saudi Arabia and turkey and to enhance this you must have other cards!
