why would I care about qoslaye or who ever follows him?!.

I was surprised how the president of Somaliland allow himself to set away from the rest of the presidents of Africa,and even worse set next to ministers from Jubaland and a tribal elder.....this could have been arranged in advance,and if the djboutians insist to keep this protocol then SLND should reacted accordingly and lower our presence by sending a minister .
