Guban, not every one wants to live in back home. some people dont enjoy it or want it.

My idea of success is when you over see operations not when you have to do everything yourself but it's a good start though.

Nothing wrong with back home atleast you don't have to work over 12 hours that's a lot.

the point is, not every one thinks how you think. maybe he is enjoying working 12 hours, that is his joy, or maybe has better plan.
