The reporter is a bit confused , the official are stating that these remains were remains of SNM rebels who were killed in action and they refuse to handle the case because it is not a crime , it was war causality , he stated that they are only concerned with civilians mass killings and they called for the government to give a proper burier for these Mujaahidiin. Very professional as opposed to the public who think these were civilian mass killing as it usually is the case.
