Now back to the topic, the envoy has said: " amisom and somali forces including PL" from my understanding when using forces it doesnt mean the SNA, they use it more for the regional forces like JL and PL that havent been yet integrated to the SNA. When of the reasons why JL couldn't move south of kismayo was bc amisom cannot partake it before the integration...SFG has stopped kenya moving to jubbada dhexe...now theres ethiopia so they r silent about it

So it won't be the SNA rather some security forces that r managed by them like alpha may partake it besides PL

This is scandal to garguurte if he can't host or provide security for one day elections after 4 years of his time. why do you need PL in xamar? That's the point!
