I don't. We need solo entities in the south. We need to trade with Beledweyne n Baidao and not only fresh produce but send their cattle to our ports.

Our livestock traders need to buy it directly in Beledweyne and leave the journey/shipping to us.

siyad barre was building xamar from a national/strategic perspective not a clan perspective like today but his loyalists/qabiil was enjoying in there. The only "HAG" of mogadishu mayor was cusman jeele-hawadle-

you can be a governorate per constitution, federalism is for those who want to be federal regions but those who don't want to join this train like hiiraan can have their own governorates
