If they will lease it to DP, whats the need for more investment? It's bizarre wasn't the deal was we lease it they invest in it have it for 20/30 years to get their initial investment back.

I think the talks in Dubai broke down that is why it is being dragged. If this government learned how to save we
wouldn't even need for others such DW to invest in the first place. The concept of budgeting or saving money
seems alien to Sland gov. Another option is fundraising from all Sland millionaires around the world but the
problem is reer Berbera will scream but Dahabshiil is part of it.

This is an old video.

Ducaysane the half Faqash always wants things to fail. Anything not from his Bohol village should fail.

When you are only tuulo-masgax you see your tuulo and failures in everything else. Xata lama sualayo when was this video recorded? Where is the original source?

The agreement in early May between the port of Berbera and DP World was finalized on May 29 after the visit to Somaliland Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, CEO of the Dubai-based operator.

The MoU, confirmed by the port director, Ali Mohamed, involves the construction, within ten years, a terminal with a capacity of 200,000 containers per year, given in concession for thirty years DP World. The operator will have to pay $442 million (around EUR 400 million) to realize equipping 650 meters of quays.

Dredging (estimated at $500 million) and the construction of the road linking the port to Ethiopia (for the same price) are still to be awarded. Announced in March, the contract provides that 30% of Ethiopian freight futures channeled through Berbera has however not been confirmed by Addis Ababa.
The lease of Berbera is good for the entire region even for Maydh because that opens up Maydh for small/medium players and as an alternative port since Berbera may be congested. The income and know-how from Berbera spills-over and upgrades skills nationwide. We will not see the likes of Xorxor anymore but highly skilled port operators who will take their apprenticeship under the global operator.

Finally the port leasing deal is a good one for SL. It will ensure the development of port facilities in Berbera into the major international port desperately needed by SL so it may compete with existing and future facilities. The geeljire fund proposed by some has no chance to stand others who are already leasing theirs to international operators including Chinese-government subsidised/subsidiary ones.

In business there are two people; King and Rich. The king wants control while the rich wants the bigger outcome. A small fraction from a pool the size of the ocean is better than controlling a swimming pool.

In the next ten years the Berbera port should see a total investment of $1.3-$1.5 billion (wharf, equipment, dredging, corridor)

I'm against anyone who tries to undermine the development of our country regardless of their habar. I'm not afraid to put them down for the sake of the greater gains.

Let be known isku reer ma nihin. I'm your enemy by default.

Oh yh the same "Faqash" you lot like to spread your booty for and beg to join Somaliland, Mr "I am Cidagale part time" ciid aad
ku cayn kartiid maleh. Don't come here with bullshit little kid, the video was uploaded on 16 June 2016 on all Somaliland websites.
Lastly don't act like inaad ciid ka xigtiid Berbera, my own grandfather owned a large plot of land in Berbera now inherited by his
descendants.

Even the websites of those you love to spread your butt cheeks for posted it.

One of the best hotels in Berbera is owned by Telesom mega shareholder Maxamed Aloore - who is Reer Sugule/Ismaaciil Carre. So behave
yourself Ethiopian stooge. They can take their money to Maydh anytime they want.

Plus this is an old video and re-uploading in June doesn't make it new nor does another blog copy n pasting doesn't make it legit.

Abtiyasha waxad ka so qaday nama qadsiinaysid.

When you find out whether Cidagale is your daddy or H-Y that is when I will take you serious. Until then wallow
in your identity crisis.

CG and HY are brothers but you are half foreign.

I doubt your father ever met you. He probably divorced the Darood woman and that's why you are toxic.

How can you talk about Isaaq sons when you are not full blooded?

Naga dhex bax.

That is funny a garac former ex maryalool foot-soldier trying to accuse other people. I am a noble Sacad Yoonis while
you are.... simply a bastard like Ramsay Bolton from Game of Thrones trying to gain the H-Y name.

Becareful next time you booty clap your H.I.V infected booty regarding Berbera, ciid aad ka xigtiid maleh and trying to
take sly cheap shots at SY with "Bohol this Bohol that" bitch a SY man is indeed closer to Berbera and has more say than
you. The vice mayor there is a I Carre man and proudly a member of WADANI party(which you hate). I am more
welcome in Berbera as a I.C man, hooyaada maleh Berbera.

I have always said nothing will materialize......no port development and no corridor either.
There are many reasons for this which I can't be bothered to explain right now. :)

I see the two Darood boys hate the port biz.

Not sure why you guys are afraid of Isaac making money.

Ducaysane you talk a lot for a product of Darood.

I can't adopt you sorry.

Half Darood thing can't be telling me about Isaac.

Naska Darood iska nuug oo buuqa iyo cabaadka naga yare. Original is your abti.

He seems to be bit smarter than you tho. I guess the Darood mum didn't feed you as well as her new full Darood kids ( bahda yar).

Rejected.
