This is a disorder known before as “Weiss disease”, restless genital syndrome (RGS) but today known as “Persistent genital arousal disorder ( (PGAD). It was was documented by an American female doctor , almost two decades ago. To the affected woman, the symptoms include like feeling riding in a car or train. The woman feels something like a mobile phone vibrating in her down under and there is this urge to be penetrated albeit to stop the itching.

Normally, it strikes during menopause or after menopause. It is very much a psychological condition rather than a biological one.

If you are really suffering from this condition, visit your doctor and ask him/her to prescribe you an antidepressant known as Trazodone . This is also a drug which has antianxiety and sleep-inducing (hypnotic) effects on patients.

That would be a perfect wife. She's on 24/7. On the other hand, xalimos are off 24/7 and it takes hours to turn her on, especially the FGM'ed ones.

Basra, your highness,

Why did you highlight that?

There is nothing disgusting about a symptom. But as I said the evidence points to a psychological condition. Most of the women who are affected are either menopausal or post menopausal.

There is a male version but that is almost biological ; prostata / testicular condition. Prostate fluid/ejaculation without erection. Sorry for the language btw. Generally, a simple operation or medication does the trick.

Medical sciences has a lot to learn about women between 35-50. There is a lot that happens to them at that age which needs to be studied. The problem is that it is difficult to discern whether the condition is biological or mental because women usually have emotional problem during the onset of the problem.
