The story of the mentally ill man in Burco chained to a tree

Postby Talo alle udaa » Mon Aug 01, 2016 9:56 pm

I could not believe it when I heard it but a mentally ill man was chained to a tree outside the suburbs of burco for well over 10 years. He lost a leg because of an infection and so they have chained him using his last leg to a tree without a shade, expose to the elements and even wild animals.
The level of abuse, cruelty, negligence of authority, and lack of mercy amongst the inhabitants is astounding.

Coldoon is helping with collecting donations for appropriate medical attention. It appears the old men has already improved after he was given some medications apparently now more verbal.

The family of this men should be arrested and brought to court

What happened to this men is a travesty regardless of who else is suffering. The topic is about him.
