As long as the dhegcas don't bring their Wahabism, misogyny and culture of oppression they can stay. But they have to accept the Somali customs and beliefs of:

Xor u dhalasho
Xor u maal
Xeer u dhalaso

They need to learn the language and should be banned from marrying Somali women, as well as employing Somali maids. But they can be good chefs and bakers.
you forget one point , keeping them away from Somali kids.
