Will General Morgan Get A State Funeral?

Postby AbdiWahab252 » Tue Aug 23, 2016 8:26 pm

Some HAGs continue to amaze me! Culusow and his miscreants are holding a state funeral for Cali Samatar who had a hand in the "Harrying of the Hawiye" and represented the regime we despised. He was the architect of the antiHAg operations in Mudug as he curried favor to his lost long kin and adoptive clan (adoption was hitting a fever pitch in the 1980s).

To add insult into injury, I have seen several HAGs sending condolences and praising Samatar. Are these people dense?

I just stopped to wonder. Will these miscreants give Morgan a state funeral? Will they bleat out their condolences to his family?

Politics politics politics.

It wouldn't be as bad as allowing gaalo join the prayer of Abdilahi Yussuf's funeral. That Mahiga guy. F were they thinking allowing him to join Islamic funeral with his doofaar breath?

I am more surprised at AbdiWahab252 getting surprised at the behaviour of somali Politicians in this day and age. Waar abdiyow, for a veteran and seasoned old school Hagist geezer, why are you shocked? I took you for a man who can no longer be surprised about somali and what they get up to

You guys still have qabyaalad in ur hearts, this is a Somali government not hawiye or darood (depending on who gets selected for the seat).

Either u have state funeral for all, or u have non at all regardless if the person was responsible for crimes.

Jalaludiin,

The optics looks really bad. On one hand, the FG says it is trying to reconcile with SL but honors a man who brought great destruction there. This man was no ordinary civil servant who didn't harm the citizenry.

As for AY's funeral, I was amazed at how the dumb ass Sharif honored a man who just years ago helped inflict a great calamity on Xamar and then to add insult to injury names a disputed Airport after him.

Advo,

I am against state funerals for any official implicated in the civil wars of the 80s, 90s and 00s. These funerals should be reserved for Somali civil servants who helped contribute to the development of the country not in its destruction.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars be spent on Samatar's funeral: chartering an entire plane, funeral costs, tickets.
