Why would it used by the people of Hiraan. Beledweyne is soooo close to Mogadishu though.

:mindblown: :mindblown:
economically we r connected to the central and nothern regions. we bring stuff and take back another stuff. afgooye and jowhar r connected to xamar economically.

instead of taking back goods and foreign food from boosaaso we will take it from hobyo

HG businessmen can have bakhaaro of their imported foods in baledweyne instead of mj too

PL has got alot of political problems with koonfur unlike of galmudug so we had recently problems in trading with them. they kept our trucks in their for a month until we threatened to take their bakhaaro so they released it next day silently.

despite what you think of HG and hawadle relations, HGs main weapon suppliers r hawadle. we have big weapon store in ceelgaal just north of baledweyne. we puy them from the ethiopian army secretly and sell it to HG. this has nothing to do with the SNA and the admin. its a budinessmen.
Geelaagu 30 ma dhaafo Sahalow. Sirta qaarkeed lama sheego niyaw, waa ku sidee?
lol i know its top secret but i mentioned it interms of the black market business between us and HG. business is totally different than politics and we shouldnt mix the two of them.

Hobyo never had port, Siyad bare never give forien projects to built hobyo. America built Berbera and Kismayu, Italy built Mogadishu and Bosaso.
Meybe if they built port now it will be the first time.

Geeljire I like your optimistic but I have seen pictures from hobyo there is no port and hobyo looks better then the pictures you posted.

Anyone know what is the name of the red sand beach in hobyo? And where its located ? I have seen pictures

Lol, didn't Habr Gedirs attack Beledweyne once when the Hawadles called for peace. Don't think they would just forget about that. Good relations between HG and Hawadle kulaha.

There is no port of Hobyo as of it. This "port" that Geeljire is claiming to be functioning is just a beach, nothing else. If it was a port you would be able to unload cars, trucks and other heavy cargos.

Anyways, these pictures show a commercial lorry, it has a platform at the front to allow for easier loading in places that dont have a port. It's easier to unload cargo with this, before they were dropping bags of grain from the small ships to skiffs waiting below. In the pictures I don't see any construction materials on that ship, and I don't believe it is carrying anything other than grain and fuel. If it were a ship used for constructing the port it would have dredging equipment. You guys are getting carried away, you ought to calm down lol.

I heard Dubai Ports is currently engaged in negotiation with Galmudug to sign a 30-year mega lease deal. DP will build and operate a huge modern port in Hobyo, and for its trouble, Galmudug will reportedly agree to receive a shipload of AK47's per annum, plus unlimited supplies of ammunitions.

Mind Booyaaso port running out of a business soon when they open Hobyo port in two years

Geeljire, it only took me google search to find out they purchased Landing craft not the one you show websites used that one as example. They want to use the Land in craft to off load a ship containing port construction equipments which is still in dubai , still no port but good news, they can also use landing craft to offload ships.

You better hope PL's Garacad port fails because it hasnt been shelved lol. I could imagine Hobyo port struggling, being located awfully close to Garacad and Mogadishu. Bosasso port services parts of Sool and Sanaag, and all of Bari, Nugaal and Mudug. Trust me, it wont run out of business. If Hobyo port does open it will service Galnus and the DDSI if the OG's decide to do business with the savages they fight with all the time lol. It's funny because the only place that has population in Galnus is Abudwaaq, not amazing business to be made there to be honest.

All the hate aside, its good to see some progress in Galnus finally. It is a good project and will allow Galnus to generate some income for other projects in their half state. Perhaps this is a new chapter for Galnus, the end of Mooryanism.

These dirty Galnus ppl. You throw a little complement their way and they disrespect you. Your port (beach) is the one that will be serving fish.

kkkk i said repeatedly this is business relationship. even ugaas hassan is a business partner with sacad folks like hotel mubarak/mario, his older wife is sacad and by one call he fixes every issue with HG for the local businessmen. he recently told them to contribute financially to the hobyo port, you will hear this after

they started importing from hobyo
http://nabadanews.com/2016/11/03/ganacs ... ada-hobyo/

a chinese company or turkish company may build it. Govt has alot of contracts with china like highways it was all depending on the sacad and saleebaan situation to implement the project so this is the first time they had one political enity and started building roads to connect the highway to the coastal land

hobyo

not bad. Chinese companies have built excellent infrastructure in somalia. they road they built in somaliland is still in excellent condition. They are clean businessmen aswell, unlike the italians which built the garowe-gaalkacyo highway.
