I think Ducaale asked that question as an ice breaker kaftan, but that question should have been maxaa loo xidhi waayey ninkan? And directed at the Somaliland government and Siilaanyo.

No one should be arrested unless there is substantial evidence of wrong doing.

However, what I wanna know is what part did he play in the war against the faqash and afweyne? Was he active in the faqash military during the war? Or did he resign/deserted as protest against the faqash? Or has he after being part of and involved in the military (that intended and set out to wipe hargeisa off the face of the earth and failed miserably thanks to SNM Al Mujaahidiin) and on side of the Faqash, now realised and comes to terms with the grotesque actions he was involved in and regretted it and now trying to appease some folks?

Ok , that answers some of my questions but from what you telling us here he is a war criminal and has blood on his hands and is as guilty as those who have destroyed Hargeisa, Burco and other places and carried out atrocities against the Somaliland people.
