That's the problem when parliamentarians are selected based on qabiil rather than education.. I have seen the pictures of the so called mp, man looks homeless..

He couldn't come up with nothing so decided to copy Somalilands paperwork. Not only should he be sacked he should never work again in the kingdom..

Actually the whole puntland existence Is inspired by Somaliland. Puntland copies good things from Somaliland and I admire that as we are their big Brother . They are not like those southern fools who can't learn from others. Somaliland it self copies Kenya in many areas. The power structure of Somaliland is copied from the US .
