Re-dressing the skeleton called security apparatus in the former Somali Republic capital will neither reduce nor resolve the security problem.

What you need is public engagement.

Keep in mind both in SL and PL, the security isn't really done by those in uniform but 60% of the time by vigilant public and terrorist groups can neither infiltrate, recruit nor find a safe haven.

In Mogadishu much of the public is brainwashed, deeply infiltrate and it's normal for a cousin to blow another cousin in the mosque or a restaurant/hotel.

I don't get how they blow up the same hotel 10x.

Where are the measures?

Sheekadani wa riwayaad.

Based on my own observation, the next explosion is end of the month (24-26th of July)---archive what I said.

You need ideological, economical, political solution before a military one. Killing back and forth, just makes another kid fatherless, with no brother and he will be the next one carrying the belt.

Later on in July 2016...

Remember when I said start of this month (by AwRastaale » Sun Jul 03, 2016 ) that al Shabab would carry out their usual monthly bombings of Mogadishu between 24th and 26th of JULY?

You laughed and tried telling us that "Mogadishu has new head of NISA and it's more secure than the White House".

I'm not claiming to be analyst nor a pyschic like brother Sahal of Beledweyne, I simply observe the pattern. It is very common sense. If NISA and its Hawiye officers were serious about security, they do just observe the simple pattern and beef up security.

LET'S RECALL.

.
You just exposed that you are behind these coward attacks.
Your people fund, train these shayadiin and help plan these coward attacks on civilians in order to further your "independence" campaign.

:snoop: :snoop: :snoop:
Do you know what the date is today?

Do you know what happened in Mogadishu?

Don't see me as an enemy but utilize what I'm sharing and secure the city the end of each month until al Shabab changes pattern but right now this is their favorite time.

Breaking News: Suicide bombers kill seven at peacekeeping base in Somalia

Suicide bombers killed at least seven people as they tried to blast their way into the African Union's main peacekeeping base in Somalia's capital on Tuesday, police said.

The force of the explosions shattered windows at Mogadishu's nearby airport, showering arriving passengers with glass, said witnesses.

Al Shabaab, the Islamist militant group fighting to topple Somalia's Western-backed government, claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it had killed more than 12 people. It regularly reports higher death counts than the authorities.

Police said the first attacker detonated a car bomb and the second tried to storm the base on foot, but was shot and exploded at the gate.

"We understand at least seven from a private security firm died," said Ali Farah, a police officer.

The guards were caught in the blast at the gate as they escorted U.N. personnel into the base, which is known as Halane, he added.

The African Union's AMISOM force said on Twitter it condemned the "senseless attacks that aim to disrupt and cripple the lives of ordinary Somalis". There was no immediate comment from the United Nations.

Al Shabaab spokesman Abdiasis Abu Musab said both attackers detonated car bombs.

People arriving on international flights said the blasts shattered windows in the airport buildings.

"We were greeted by two loud blasts. The glass of the airport building fell on us," said Ali Nur, who had just got off a plane from Nairobi.

Yes Mogadishu needs to beef up security the last two weeks of the month. All hotels need to hire security. They need to limit car access into hotel areas. Only specially marked plates should be allowed in.

Hotels need to get rid off anything deemed 'un-Islamic' such as niiko and wild parties.
