FYI, Gadabursi is the second largest tribe in Somaliland and they are numerically stronger in Ethiopia (where the land is more fertile and better). High unemployment, poor infrastructure, and preventable famines are pressing concerns that should occupy more of your mental energy. Not about which geezer sired the most Zoomalis. I would think the smaller the tribe the more war like they were. It means they fought with everyone while the passive ones just multiplied, were under the radar or absorbed clans. It is by no means a badge of honour. What's more important is how the majority of children end up. If most are disadvantaged, does it matter? The Yahuds are small in number but have a considerable amount of control and influence, their population is also more educated and successful than the average Anglo-Saxon.
